Chris
Chris is one of our Crew Chiefs at SERVPRO of Clatsop, Columbia Counties. He’s a hard worker and a people person who puts his family first and always has a friendly smile on his face. He has 10 years of previous construction and mitigation experience and has earned his Successful Subrogation I certification. He is looking forward to earning more certifications while working for SERVPRO of Clatsop, Columbia Counties. When he’s not working, he loves to spend time with his three kids, skateboard, play the drums, and work on cars.
Thomas
Thomas is a valued member of the Water Damage Restoration team of SERVPRO of Clatsop, Columbia Counties. He brings many years of cleaning and customer service experience with him, including time in exterior construction and remodeling. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his son (who has made him quite adept at dodging piles of Legos), reading, hiking, and trying out new foods.
Joe
Joe is our Marketing and Communications Manager and is new to the mitigation & restoration industry. He spent most of the previous decade wearing many hats in Oregon’s craft brewing scene and worked in tech before that. He is excited to join the team and learn the trade as he loves to complete home construction projects in his spare time.
Dori
Dori joins our team as the Contents Manager, meaning that when your possessions are affected by disaster (be it water, fire, or anything in between), she helps to figure out what can be saved, what can be cleaned, and what contents can be written off and replaced by your insurance. She has more than 20 years of experience in the restoration industry which started in textile restoration and continued with a Project Manager role for a Contents Restoration company. She is a self-proclaimed craft beer connoisseur and loves spending time with her 3-year-old grandson.
Johanna
Johanna (better known as Jojo) is part of our contents division and helps cover some work in our mitigation department when needed. She is always willing and able to help in any situation and is a master of making contents sparkle once more. When she’s not busy working with our customers and clients, she’s busy taking care of her young daughter.
Erica
Erica holds the title of Contents and Water Mitigation Technician, a position she achieved from previously working at a neighboring SERVPRO franchise for 2 years. There she earned her IICRC WRT certification, so trust that she knows what she’s doing when tearing down your walls and ripping up your floors. When not working, she loves to spend her time hiking and dancing at her local ballroom.
Pancho
Pancho is an esteemed member of the SERVPRO of Columbia, Clatsop Counties Reconstruction team. He has spent the last 10 years working in commercial construction and the last year applying his skills at a neighboring franchise, so he really knows the ropes of putting your home or business back together. When he’s not building things, he loves spending his time bowling and hanging out with family at Topgolf!
JT
JT is a man of many talents and works on both our Water Mitigation team and Reconstruction team with experience as a carpenter and finish carpenter. He has previously worked as a wildland firefighter, done commercial and residential construction for several years, and has worked with another SERVPRO franchise for the last 2 years. Anytime JT can get outside enjoying nature, he will take it - especially if its hiking or fishing.
Daniela
Daniela is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Columbia, Clatsop Counties but wears many hats around the business. She spent the last 5 years at a neighboring SERVPRO franchise and previously worked for Sherwin Williams and her family’s Jani-King business. She has also earned her IICRC certification in fire and smoke restoration. Her favorite weekend activities are fishing and hiking with her 5-year-old son. Her family also loves to go road trips and find new adventures.
Lise
Lise is the SERVPRO of Clatsop, Columbia Counties Business Development Manager. You might see her friendly face pop into your place of business or apartment offices to educate owners and managers about the professional services provided by SERVPRO which she has been doing for close to 5 years now. Prior to SERVPRO, she worked as licensed property & casualty insurance agent for 16 years. When not working, she loves to ride horses (trained equestrian) and spend time at the coast. She also really enjoys playing golf even though she claims to be “not that great at it”.
Brendan
Brendan is a member of the Water Mitigation team here at SERVPRO of Columbia, Clatsop Counties. He, along with his friend Kevin (another Water Mitigation technician at SERVPRO) are recent transplants to Oregon from the great state of Pennsylvania. He is currently working on obtaining his IICRC certification for water damage mitigation and is always willing to lend a helping hand. In his free time, Brendan loves to throw some disc golf around and go on walks when the weather allows.
Kevin
Kevin joins our team as a Water Mitigation Technician. He, along with his friend Brendan (another Water Mitigation technician at SERVPRO) are recent transplants to Oregon from the great state of Pennsylvania. He is currently working on obtaining his IICRC certification for water damage mitigation and is always willing to lend a helping hand. In his free time, Kevin loves to play disc golf (maybe we need to start a team) and take his new car out for drive.
Gumaro
Gumaro is on our reconstruction team at SERVPRO of Clatsop, Columbia Counties. He has 5 years of construction experience including one year of doing mitigation repairs at a neighboring SERVPRO location. He originally hails from the beautiful Mexican state of Michoacán. When he’s not rebuilding your home or business, you can find him playing basketball, catching a movie, or enjoying a bite to eat out.
Elmer
Elmer is one of our Reconstruction Project Managers and brings more than 8 years of construction and cleanup experience with him. He has worked in construction, property & disaster cleanup and restoration (including 7 years at another SERVPRO franchise) with areas of expertise in mitigation, estimating and project management for reconstruction. Elmer has also been certified in WTR, ASD and Carpet Cleaning by the IICRC. Elmer loves to spend time with his wife and three beautiful kids - and watch the occasional round of boxing.
Jessica
Jessica joined the SERVPRO of Clatsop, Columbia Counties team as a Job File Coordinator and Digital Marketing Coordinator where she has grown into her role quickly. She comes to us with experience from another SERVPRO location in addition to another year’s worth of experience at an independent restoration company. She has a one-year-old daughter, and you can regularly find them on an adventure out at the coast or wandering the isles of Home Depot. She and her daughter love to spend as much time outdoors as their busy schedule allows!
Michael
Michael came on board with SERVPRO of Clatsop, Columbia Counties as one of our Reconstruction Project Managers and Estimators. He has been in the construction and restoration business for over 30 years including owning his own roofing company, restoration company, and putting in time with a SERVPRO franchise on the East Coast. He holds certifications from the IICRC in water damage restoration, applied structural drying, fire & smoke restoration, and odor control. In his spare time, he loves to play with his grandkids and even finds time to help support an orphanage in Mexico.
