Living Room Dry Out & Reconstruction

After a customer called SERVPRO of Clatsop, Columbia Counties, we arrived to find a leaky pipe in the living room had caused water to accumulate in the nearby walls and floors. The first step was to have the water removed using suction, fans and dehumidifiers to get the affected areas dried out to the right level. We then removed and disposed of all the affected materials that could not be saved. Next, our team went in and repaired all the damage including, framing, drywall, flooring, tile and finished off with some touches of paint. Our customers were extremely happy with our great customer service, impeccable finishes and attention to detail.
